Is it possible insert more effects in one layer ?
The conteiner can't receive effects ?

That's called a "pixel shader chain": use the output of a filter effect as the source of another filter effect.
For example by applying an effect to a picture layer and another effect to the camera layer. This way 2 effects have been used at the same time on the same picture. If you're ambitious you can add a 3rd effect by using a colourmap layer.
This works because only the pixels have been changed. Filter effects can be found in the BluffTitler\Media\Effects\Filters folder.
Most effects however do a lot more and can't be chained.
