Release 11.2.2.3 is out but we don't know exactly what is new from 11.2.2.2. It could be useful to edit it each time you release a new intermediary version in the list of new features or fixes.
Some changes will only pollute the program history section because they are too small or too technical. How about this: version 11.2.2.3 adds support for the D3DDECLUSAGE_NORMAL and D3DDECLUSAGE_TEXCOORD elements of the DeclData vertex declaration template of the .x file format.
