I have just discovered the CROP.CFX, what does FX CROP COLOUR prop do? I thought it might crop just the selected color which will be an awesome feature.
When the FX CROP COLOUR FACTOR is set to 1, the part of the picture that is cropped away is replaced by the FX COLOUR value.

When you want to make a specific colour transparent, use the Picture\ChromaKey effect.
