vincent and songbaojin like this!

This is a most simplistic solution

Thank you Filip but it is not that type of counter with roll i search for my cassette deck, here i would like a digital counter effect.
the problem is that all texture movements are ignored during export since only the position, rotation and size can be animated so for sure it limits quite a bit, on the other hand the idea of using VJ as you did is very interesting, I will dig into it, thank you.

Finally after a lot of tries I managed to animate the vumeters and the digital counter, I still need to make some adjustments before putting it online.
With shows which have a lot of layers the export is difficult to develop because the result changes between all these steps:

1) BT show --> GLB export (the exported model is not always faithful to the show)
2) Upload GLB Export -->Sketchfab (appearance in Sketchfab may differ).
3) Download converted GLB format from Sketchfab (sometimes prefer the original format).

3D settings in Sketchfab are very important for the final result of the converted model.

Thank you Filip, I can't tell you how many times I had to adapt/upload/adapt, sometimes I had textures which were found multiplied and placed in the wrong place, for example the label of the cassette was is found stuck on each digit of the meter, another time it was the screen printing of the meter which was reversed. I had a lot of color problems, in particular with the glow which forced me to limit this effect.
all these problems occur at the time of upload while the model exported by BT is correct, Sketchfab reprocesses the model.

The weirdest thing is that sketchfab is not friendly to readyplayer.me, and the deformation properties of the uploaded model are lost when downloaded. I don't know why now?

Yes, we don't really know what Sketchfab is working on the uploaded models, moreover, it integrates the operations done in their 3D settings options.
