Hello, I am doing a cartoon project, modeled and animated in the Blender program, so I want to edit the videos in Blufftitler, however, the characters modeled in Blender have an error when it is converted to GLB, especially in the eyes . I don't know if the error is in Blender or in Blufftitler, since in the Microsoft 3D viewer it looks perfect in FBX format. I have also tried in other tools and it looks perfect, but in Blufftitler there is a lighting error, I guess. I have also modeled the character without texture and the error persists. Could you help me with this problem. Thanks in advance.

Must be a normal or winding order problem.

What happens when you move the light to the back of the model?

And what happens when you apply the AdvancedMaterials\PBR effect and set the FX DOUBLE SIDED prop to 1?

When you attach your model we can take a look at it.

Thank you Omer for the test model. And thank you jolosan64 for the fix. Great dance show!

In this screenshot you can see the original on the left and jolosan64's fix on the right. I have applied the System\ViewNormals effect to inspect the normals.

The normals in both models are not normalized so I had to set the FX NORMALIZE prop to 1. This is an error, but is automatically fixed by BluffTitler.

As you can see, the normals of the right eye are incorrect in the original model. To reduce loading time, this is not automatically fixed by BluffTitler. Recalculating the normals in Blender will fix the issue and that's probably what jolosan64 has done. It however introduced a new issue: the normals are not as smooth as the original. I'm sure there's functionality in Blender to smooth the normals.

Michiel, You are a genius and an excellent person. I have suffered a lot with the Mapping error. It always happens to me when exporting files to GLB. Great contribution to the community. This motivates me to collaborate more in the community. Thank you very much Michiel!

Hey jolosan64!! Great contribution to the community. I have other models with the same Mapping problem, however I will try to solve it with the details that have been provided with this model. By the way, it's precisely what I wanted to do at Mixamo. I also want to animate it with DeepMotion. We'll see how it goes! Thank you. Thank you very much!

It has happened to me many times when I am not attentive to the "normals" when composing the model. I'm not very good at modeling in Blender so the mistake is always around the corner.
With BluffTitler it is easily solved.
This model of the boy is very beautiful, I see that it was also possible to insert animation. Compliments
