Whilst Nonnogio suggestion pointed me towards the show, it sadly did not really help. I have the URL in the first texture and an image in the 2nd texture (to go in the centre of the Qr code. Sadly I cannot see how to introduce another texture dialogue to include an email. Or have I missed a trick? Thank you John

You can turn any text into a QR code. It's up to the QR reader to decide what to do with it. However putting an URL and an e-mail address in the same QR code will confuse most QR readers, so advise you to create 2 QR codes: one for your URL and another one for your e-mail address.
In BluffTitler this can be done with 2 picture layers:
