Hi-

Was experimenting with some ideas using the Bluff App Show "Text Particles" found in the "Colourmap" folder. I love the effect overall and especially when the text first starts falling from the top of the screen.

I was wondering if there's a way to DELAY that start, whereas, we're looking at whatever image in the BG and then the effect begins from the very START of the falling animation.

I understand gravity and the other parameter options but can't find a way to have the effect start from the very top on a specific cue.

Is that even possible?

Many thanks for any thoughts or ideas.
ALWAYS appreciated!

Thanks, Bob

The EMISSION property of the particle layer sets the number of particles that are emitted per second.

So when you want to delay the particles, set this prop to 0 at the beginning of your show. Create another key just before they should start, also set to 0. And create a 3rd key the moment the particles must start and set it to a positive value.
