I found a way to:
1. Get animated models
2. To animate your T-Pose models

Go to mixamo.com...
You can animate the models with a lot of different movements.

You can download the characters as an animated fbx file.
Open it with the 3d Viewer (in windows) and save them as a glb file.

Oh, with the viewer you can open some animated 3d models, with the 3d library.
