What BT example is there that uses the VJ_VUMETER effect?
I don't think any example uses this effect.
Using the effect is easy:
-choose LAYER > ADD LAYER > ADD PICTURE LAYER... and select a picture, preferably a VU meter picture without a needle
-choose MEDIA > CHANGE EFFECT... and select the VJ\VJ_VUMeter effect
-choose LAYER > ADD LAYER > ADD AUDIO LAYER... and select any audio track
-hit the PLAY button!
