When I look on the Internet for EPS files, the file format I find are different to the ones Bluff uses. What is a good site to use that are compatible to Bluff? I'm looking for EPS frames

BluffTitler has limited EPS support. It only imports filled shapes built out of lines and curves.

For frames you can try to use png frames images using traced picture layer, works as if was EPS. An other solution is to create you own EPS converting pic to solid EPS with Bixelangelo
