@Michiel now the Lower Thirds with an Video background

The sharpness an resolution of an (already) older action camera (Garmin Virb XE) is not as good as I hoped it would be.

Don't really need 4K res to demonstrate an idea.
Kind of like writing an idea on a napkin!!
The overlay is a perfect fit for the video action....
