Hi Michiel, thanks for the amazing particle upgrade, i found a video in version 4 particles jumping is looking great how can we do this. Thanks

I think you are looking for the CHAMELEON property of the particle layer.
When you attach your particles to a picture layer (choose LAYER > ATTACH LAYER > ATTACH PARTICLES TO ACTIVE LAYER...) and set the CHAMELEON property to 1 the particles take over the colours of the picture.
Take a look at the Particle Effects\ParticleDissolve and Particle Effects\ParticleMorph shows that come with the installer.
