I would like to turn over a key on the effect
AlienBrainBumpMap_Additive

What you can try is to apply the Alien Brain effect to a picture layer and to apply the Wormhole effect to the camera layer.
This way the workhole effect is applied to the whole scene (including the alien brained picture layer) as a post processing effect.
If this is not what you are looking for please let me know and I will create a new effect that combines the 2 effects.
