You can create a similar effect in BluffTitler by attaching a particle layer to a picture layer and setting the CHAMELEON property to 1. This way the particles take over the colour of the picture.

If you want you can make the picture invisible by applying the Invisible.fx effect.

I think I could not describe my need clearly, I need some fx file for making realtime mosaic with images or objects.

You do not need a new FX file to create this effect. Simply attach a particle layer to your picture and set the CHAMELEON property to 1.

I think what he wants is to have a lot of smaller different pictures making up a big picture (ie, not a lot of little bixes but 500 other images)

If you want other pictures simply clone the particle layer and use another picture. You can create as many particle layers as you want.
