I have used programs such as:
Microsoft Digital Image 2006 Suite Editor (editing and compositing, image)
bixelangelo 1.31 (scketchs)
bixorama (dds textures)
font creator (for creating source)
sony vegas pro 10 (audio work)

about 10 hours.
but now that is finished. whether to do it again, it would take 30 minutes.
