NextPreviousHomeDuration of a GLB animation

If we want to be able to adjust the exact duration of a GLB animation to avoid that it restarts again at the beginning, it would be interesting to have its characteristics as for example : xx frames at 30 frames/sec then we should have its real duration in seconds.
That way we could adjust the timing of the layer accordingly.

2 ways of doing this :
1- use the imported duration as duration by default of the layer
2- use the properties info of the layer

You can find the duration of a model animation in the MODELS tab of the <Ctrl><F1> dialog.

This looks something like this:
Animation 0
Duration 00:05.966

This means that the 1st animation has a duration of almost 6 seconds.

This dialog was originally only meant for debugging, but I believe it's now used for lots of other things. Maybe the info should be presented in a more friendly way in another kind of dialog.

You can set the speed of the animation. And you can stop the animation. Although it should be possible to stop the animation in the middle
