Can you please tell me where I locate the Animated models folder for v16.01
There's no "animated models" folder, you can place your models anywhere you want. When you choose the menu item LAYER > ADD LAYER > ADD MODEL LAYER... a file dialog is presented that allows you to select any GLB file from any folder on any drive.
Or do you mean that you want to use the standard Windows file dialog? To do that, mark the USE STANDARD WINDOWS FILE DIALOG checkbox in the SETTINGS > OPTIONS... dialog. Here's more info:

Please realize that technology always precedes use. GLB is only one of the new technologies that begs for new templates...
