is it possible to create a mirror layer with this "rough" effect on the reflection?
I did this in Blender.
I tried to apply effects to the "mirror" level but the effects only go on an applied texture and not the reflection.
I have also tried with a color map level but I have not been able.
Can it be done in another way? I say on the reflection, not on the material of the texture.
I saw soft reflections on the camera but does not blur the whole plan.
I would have liked an effect to simulate reflections on a rough surface.

@Michiel, as you can see I wrote that I tried it, but the reflection is blurred and does not look like a rough surface.

Sorry Vincent but the effect is missing and I can not see the animation.
I tried to insert the effect "ColourmapDisplacementmapCubemap.cfx" on the layer but it still does not work.

So you want a rough mirror?

In this screenshot, the floor is a picture layer using the AdvancedMaterials\ColourmapDisplacementmapCubemap effect.

I'm using all 3 textures of this effect. The cubemap texture is a cubemap layer.

Is this what you're looking for?

Apply the Camera\CameraSoftReflections effect to the camera layer.

AND / OR use both effect

On Camera Layer: Camera\CameraSoftReflections
Play with Mirror, Blur and Gradient to your licking,

Place Cubemap layer
Add picture and use effect: AdvancedMaterials\ColourmapDisplacementmapCubemap.cfx
Select Displacement map with a evenly pattern like ReptileSkin_Normalmap
And use the Cubemap as Cubemap, go to cubemap layer press F2 and position it so that the reflections match.
Play with displacement size to your licking.

That's it.
