After removing from bixelangelo, I am waiting for easy flourish system.
I want to generate something like this but old programs could not fill all the region itself, Would you please only add manual (folllow) mouse in that version (which has flourish system)?
Or is it possible to make the code open source?

It's easy to create an app that can do this specific effect. This is true for most effects. The challenge is to create an app that is more than a collection of presets: an app that allows you to create your own effects *and* is easy to use. An app that allows you to be creative.
The flourish system in the old version Bixelangelo was too difficult to use. That's why it has been removed. Its code was equally incomprehensible so it will not be of any use to anyone. Only way is to design a completely new system.
