I am just getting back into BluffTitler after being away from it for several years and I was hoping someone could help me with a project. I am working on a video slideshow for the 50th anniversary of the company I work for. Since 50 years is the "golden anniversary" I was hoping to come up with a gold-themed intro.
I had a thought about having molten gold fill a mold and then have a hammer or stamp hit the top of the mold and have sparks fly off and then it would reveal the name of the company (or the company logo) had been stamped into the gold bar.
Unfortunately, even when I was using BT regularly this would have been beyond my skill level. I know there are some AMAZINGLY talented folks working with BT daily. Would anyone be up to the challenge of helping me out by creating such an intro?

Here's how to make gold in BluffTitler:
1) use the Reflectionmap effect
2) use a gold texture like, for example, ReflectionMap_Gold.jpg
Both come with the installer and can be applied to the active layer by choosing MEDIA > CHANGE EFFECT...
How extreme, subtle, funny or serious you would like to go depends on the nature of your company and how you would like to use it.
This one is based on Mirror\10years.bt that comes with the installer.

Thanks Michiel. Is the example you provided one that I can download and play with? I have not been able to find it. Its not exactly what I was envisioning but I may be able to build on it to get closer.

Maybe you are looking in the wrong folder.
