Hay alguna forma de reducir más la ventana de herramientas en altura
The width of the tool window can be adjusted by dragging its left or right border with your mouse. Power buttons are automatically added if there's enough place.
The height of the tool window is fixed.

"The height of the tool window is fixed"
Things you can do to make it seem smaller or less present:
1. Set in your Display Properties it to a higher resolution. (desktop / right click / display properties)
2. From here you can also adjust the size of the text and apps set it to 100%
3. By clicking on advanced you can fine tune, but has little result in comparison.
4. When your display is already on the highest resolution, but you have a ATI, AMD Radeon videocard with Crimson (the new catalyst), then set in Radeon Display settings to it to "Super resolution" and now you can have a higher resolution to be set in your Display properties.
5. Use a second monitor and set it up as a dual screen and now the tool window can be displayed on one monitor and the video output window on the other and you can use the in Blufftitler settings / Move Menu, so settings are on one monitor.
6. Press F11 to show or to remove tool window all together, you can use your mouse with left and right button to move that layer item in 3d space when it is set on position.
Good luck,
