Using the program everything is fine and exporting the video to AVI file, I get a result not fluid ...

any idea ???

Maybe you have not used compression. You can do this in Bluff, but for maximum quality it's better to do this in your NLE after everything is mixed together.

Note that the SETTINGS > HIGH QUALITY menu item does not set the resolution. You can do that with FILE > SET SHOW RESOLUTION. For YouTube, 1280 x 720 works great.
