Hi
Can you please tell me where I can see all the new templates in v12. Are they in a folder or mixed with all of the other templates, thanks
You can open a show by choosing the menu item FILE > OPEN SHOW...
With the APP and PERSONAL buttons in the top right of the file dialog you can quickly switch between the ones you created yourself and the ones that came with the installer.
Can you let me know if this answers your question?

Hi Michael since upgrading to v12, when I open a show template they run very slow as if in slow motion. Can you please tell me if I have not installed it correctly or would there be another issue. I am running Windows 8.1 x 64 bit
Hi Michael
I have tried your recommendations by switching to "Normal Quality" but they still run slow. When I select "Low Quality" they run a lot faster. I have typed in "dxdiag" in the run box and Direct X v11 is running. I am using a NVIDIA card G-Force 8400 GS v341.44 driver. Can you suggest where I go from here. If I create a show in "Low Quality" will it effect the rendered show much different than if in "High Quality", thanks

Some ideas:
-maybe you are running in high quality mode: choose SETTINGS > NORMAL QUALITY
-maybe your graphics card is not fully DirectX 11 compatible:

Hello there, Michiel.
I have reloaded the 4 Bixpacks 1. 3, 11 and 13 yesterday evening. Now I am having another problem. When I want to open some of my Shows they do not open. Instead, a dialog box appears with words...
Could not open:
"c:\users\user\documents\blufftitler\bixpacks\bixpack 3\bixpack 3\models\Bixpack_confetti1.x"
And when I click on the OK button, it crashes, I mean the dialog box doesn't go, and the only way to end it is to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys.
This opens a Windows Task Manager window. I click on the Blufftitler icon and then click on the End Task button to remove or end the program. Then I have to reopen the software again and if I try to open the same Show, it will crash again. Is this normal? The fact that I cannot access my Shows I am a bit confused, because when I checked the Bixpack 3 model folder, the confetti1, confetti2 and confetti3 are all there. So, I don't understand why my Show does not want to open. The same goes with another Show, but this one says the same thing, except at the end it says:
"c:\users\user\documents\blufftitler\bixpacks\bixpack 3\bixpack 3\effects\Toon.fx"
But when I checked in the Bixpack 3 Effects folder, the Toon.fx file is there.
What could possibly be wrong?
Also, I've lost several special Fonts used for these Shows and I downloaded a few last night but when I opened other Show, a dialog box kept appearing on most of the Shows, saying:
BluffTitler can't find the "Harabara" font.
Now switching to Arial Black.
or
BluffTitler can't find the "Bebas Neue"font.
Now switching to Arial Black.
etc.
After downloading the requires in Documents and then restarted the same Shows, a dialog box still appears with the same requests, e.g.
BluffTitler can't find the "Harabara" font.
Now switching to Arial Black.
or
BluffTitler can't find the "Bebas Neue"font.
Now switching to Arial Black.
etc.
The question is, where do I save or store these downloaded fonts? I copied and pasted them in the Bixpack 3 and that didn't do the trick; I then pasted the fonts in the Bixpack 11, and that too didn't do the trick, then P pasted in Bixpack 1, still make no difference. So, I deleted them out of each Bixpack folder and left the original fonts in Documents. What I need to know is when I downloaded the fonts, where are they meant to be stored or saved? I downloaded the following... Androgine_TB, Asenine, Asenine Thin, Asenine Super Thin, Asenine Wide, BEBAS and Harabara Mais. These do not seem to be recognised by the software. So, I would like to know if there is something wrong on these problems.
Thank you.

You can install a font by right clicking on the font file and choosing INSTALL.
After doing this the font is available in all your apps. Not only in BluffTitler but also in, for example, Photoshop, Notepad, Microsoft Office,...
So there is no special BluffTitler way to install a font: it's the standard Windows way.
I advise you to get comfortable downloading and installing fonts. Train yourself by visiting a few font sites and find out how to download and install them. You won't regret it: using a well chosen, suitable font is the easiest way to improve the quality of your intro videos!

BTW, the latest version of BluffTitler gives you the opportunity to select a replacement font when a font is not found (instead of always switching to Arial)

I still haven't had an explanation on why it is saying there are no Toon.fx and confetti1 missing. Can someone re-read my comment and help me out of this? Otherwise all my work will be lost. Thanks for understanding.

I think those files are missing because you have not yet unpacked them from the ZIP file.
Here's more info:
