anywhere I read that the following is allowed: Can I use every video I exported with BluffTitler for commercial use?
I can't find the info ...

This depends on the media files you use.
All the textures, effects, EPS, 3D models and other files that come with the installer and the BixPacks can be used on a royalty free basis.
Always check the terms of use of the files you use from other sources.

Royality free in this case means that I can publish video files created with the files that came with the installer or do I have to pay for something before commercial use of BluffTitler to Outerspace Software?
I am talking about everything I can do with BluffTitler presets that came with the installer.

Yes. After you have purchased BluffTitler you may use any of the files from the installer for as many videos as you like without having to pay royalties to Outerspace Software.
