Does anybody have expiriences with exporting Blufftitler generated pictures for printing brochures etc? What is the best way? Export to tif, change dpi to 300 dpi and convert color to CYMK? Or will the results be not as expected?
Maybe if you own your own printer you have to worry about such things, but I simply offer my pictures as JPG files to my print shop, they print it for me and the result is always better than expected.
The only thing I take care of is the resolution and antialiasing quality. A4 in 300 DPI is 2480 x 3508 pixels. You can enter this resolution in the FILE > SET SHOW RESOLUTION dialog. And I always use the SUPER HIGH antialiasing quality.
Make sure you have enough memory. For such resolutions, a graphics card with at least 1 GB video memory is recommended. Preferably more, you can't have enough video memory.
