Could anyone give a good example of disolving or desintegrating a text or a picture ?
The example that comes with the installer (Particle effects) does not work with "solid" texts or pictures
snafu, it works best if you can point us to an online example (youtube?) of the effect your are looking for. "Disolve or desintegrate" could mean pretty much anything.
Realize that you can turn everything into a picture by making a screenshot of it. Nobody has to know your 3D text has been replaced by a picture halfway the show before the dissolve effect starts. Sometimes computer graphics is like magic :)
