Noise reduction can be used in Audacity (DAW) audacityteam.org
by effect Noise Reduction (Dolby)
prior using own music by the way, so, any software for auto music as MusicMaker and similar already have inside... but afterall my own projects I assemble in Audacity to add Metadata of song and reduce Noise (Dolby), normalise and add extra effects.
In video production metadata of Audio is applied inside and integrated with metada of video... so is your own project, your own idea, your own intelectual property online.
