Ilja, songbaojin, Tintin and 7 others like this!
One of my main hobbies is to create Bible games. We have a site where we host a ton of games. These are mostly printables or PowerPoints. We also have a section where we have some HTML5 interactive (simple) games.
One of my favorite games is the Memory Card game. I always wondered how I could present it (market it) since there is a card flip. Well, this video is my first baby step. I am certain there have to be better ways than the one I used.
I used a rectangular vector layer and attached a photo to the front, duplicated and attached the other part to that one (other side). Move them close together. Both of these were in a container. Duplicated the container a few times. Then rough animate.
Maybe there is a better and faster way. Not sure.

Very nicely animated. The background and text colours beautifully match the colours in the psalm card!
The Picture\DoubleSided effect can be applied to a picture layer to render a different picture on the back. Simply place the 2nd picture in the 2nd texture slot in the MEDIA > CHANGE EFFECT... dialog.

michiel,
Thanks for sharing this time-saving tip!!!! I am certain it will save me a lot of time.
On my first try at something similar, I tried it for a 3d book cover (a couple of them). The cover came half decent (in my opinion 😊), but as with this one, I was working harder than needed. Maybe that was one of I slowed down using the program. A lot of the things that I do require speed.
The first cover I did I focused only on the front, and animated in such a way that the back would not show. Then I decided that I wanted to show the back, so I went for it. Video included.
I am happy I started to interact with this community. I see that you guys are good with newbies like me. That says a lot. 🙏🙏🙏
