Maybe you have used the V11\V11_AnalogClock effect to render the hands of the clock. This effect is meant for realtime applications. It aways renders the current time, so for example when your video has a duration of 10 seconds and it takes 20 seconds the export as video, the hands rotate 2 times too fast. I think I would not use this effect and simply rotate the hands with the ROTATION prop. It only takes 2 keyframes per hand, so that's easy!
