Is there any effect in a text where upper half rotates over the lower half ?
Just like some station or airport time schedule show.
Possibly the: Effects\Special\Matryoshka.cfx effect might be able to do something like that if you tweak the nobs just right.

Although designed for making book pages fold down, Michiel updated the old DogEars.fx (now in v11 effects folder) and I think it will do exactly what you want.
