Hi, Is there any Deform.cfx that can use for 3d Objects and texts?
When you say "shader", you mean an effect, right?
The Effects\Text folder has many deform effects. For example:
-DancingFool
-JumpForJoy
-Bender
-Bubbler
-AscenderBender
-WaveMorpher
Choose the menu item MEDIA > CHANGE EFFECT... to load an effect.

SamSaam, I think I would use a text layer using the HORIZONTALLY REVOLVED style (3rd dropdown below the textbox), apply the Special\Inflate effect and animate the FX MORPH TO SPHERE property.
