I don't believe there is. You can use the Bender.cfx effect to get them to wiggle. But that's about it.

I would attach a 3D model of a snake head to a sketch layer. By animating the 2 sliders of the WRITER prop of the sketch layer you can make the snake slide over the 3D sketch path. This way you can make it wriggle over a 3D text or any other object.
Here's a quick test.
The sketch comes with the installer:
BluffTitler\Media\Sketches\Sketch_HandWritten.eps
The texture is from Filter Forge:

And the 3D model from cgtrader:
cgtrader.com...
This is a simple example using a free model, but you can make it as realistic as you want. More models here:

How can I import texture for My EPS and head at the same time like your sample?
How can I make the end of the tail narrower and look like a cone?
How can I get out of one hole on screen and enter and hide in another?
Is it in your plan to import animated 3D models in future versions?

The idea is to attach the head of the snake to the sketch layer and animate the snake with the WRITER prop of the sketch layer.
The EPS file, used by the sketch layer, can be created in Bixelangelo:
outerspace-software.com...
Choose MEDIA > CHANGE TEXTURE... to set the texture of the sketch layer. Use the TEXTURE POSITION and TEXTURE SIZE properties to fine-tune the texturing.
Use the PEN SIZE PROGRESSION prop to make the tail smaller:
