Hi is the anyway using Blufftitler to have words on a overlay circulate around a person like in this video?
I think that's similar to this template. Instead of the text, use a picture or video of the person.

Notice that the video cheats because the sketch is never behind the woman: it is interrupted when it should fly behind her. Plus she keeps standing in the center. All they do is rendering a transparent (or additive blended) video of a sketch on top of the video.
