l'erreur " skin picture must be 1984x32 pixels" s'affiche à l'ouverture depuis le téléchargement de la mise à jour.

You must be mixing versions.
This can happen when updating when you forget to close the BluffTitler app before running the installer. When you do this, the app is locked and can't be updated.
Always close BluffTitler before updating.
So the fix is easy: close BluffTitler and run the installer again:
