What is a BixPack?
A BixPack is a collection of BluffTitler templates. The texts, pictures and photos can easily be changed by using the BluffTitler GUI. The result can be rendered as a video file in any resolution up to Full HD & 4K.
Why do I need BluffTitler to use the templates?
BixPack templates are provided as BluffTitler show files. This means that you need BluffTitler to play and render them.

Please note that a BixPack license does not include a BluffTitler license.

Can the BixPack templates be rendered in 4K?
Yes. By using the BluffTitler GUI you can export the templates in any resolution and aspect ratio you like. Choose FILE > Set show resolution... to change the resolution. BluffTitler has presets for all standard HD and UHD resolutions.
The maximum resolution BluffTitler can render depends on the available video memory. For HD resolutions you require a graphics card with at least 512 MB video memory. For 4K, 2GB is preferred. The more video memory, the better the antialiasing quality.

For your personal upgrade info, start BluffTitler and choose HELP > Check for upgrades or visit this page.
Buying
How do I buy a BixPack?
Click on the BUY NOW button on the pack page.
What do I get?
When you order a BixPack you will receive a link to a download location of a ZIP file. This file contains all the BluffTitler show files, textures, 3D models and other files you need to play and render the templates. Learn more about the fonts, video backgrounds and the music.
You can copy the ZIP file to your offline computer. The BixPack templates do not require access to the internet.
Do I need BluffTitler to use the templates?

Downloading
How do I download a BixPack?
When you buy a BixPack, you receive a link to a download location of a ZIP file. This file contains the BluffTitler show files, textures, 3D models, EPS and other files you need to play the templates.
How do I unpack a ZIP file?
Windows has built-in ZIP support. Right click on the ZIP file and choose Extract All... to unpack the files.
You can also use WinZip.
Where do I place the unzipped files?
You can place them anywhere you like: in any folder on any drive.
Can I download the templates again in case I have lost them?
Yes
Can I copy the template to my offline computer?
Yes. The BixPack templates do not require access to the internet.
Using
How do I play a BixPack template?
In BluffTitler, choose the menu item FILE > Open Show... to open a .bt show file.
You can also click the Open Show... button on the tool window.
Double clicking the .bt file also plays it.
And the 4th way is to drag and drop the .bt file onto BluffTitler's render window.
How do I switch from the BluffTitler player to the BluffTitler editor?
Press F11 or choose Settings > Tool window.
How do I change the texts?
In BluffTitler choose EDIT > Change all texts....

In BluffTitler choose FILE > Export as video....
How do I change the resolution of a BixPack template?
In BluffTitler choose FILE > Set show resolution....
Fonts
Are the fonts included in the pack?
No. To download the fonts used by the pack, click on the links in the fonts block on the pack page.
How do I install a new font?
Unzip the file you have downloaded from the font site, right click on the font file and select install.
Do I have to download the fonts?
No. The BixPack templates do not rely on a particular font. BluffTitler will automatically switch to Arial if it can't find a font. You can use the BluffTitler GUI to select your favorite font.
Video backgrounds
Are the video backgrounds of the promo video included in the pack?
No. Export the templates with transparency info and overlay them onto your own videos!
Music and samples
Are the music and audio samples of the promo video included in the pack?
Not for every pack. For the details take a look at the music block on the pack page.
Legal
May I sell and/or distribute pictures and videos that I have made with BixPack?
Yes!
BixPack templates are offered as royalty free. This means that after purchase, you may use them to create as many pictures and videos as you like and do with them whatever you want without having to pay royalties to Outerspace Software.
May I publish my BixPack created videos on YouTube, Vimeo and other online video sharing sites?
Yes!
May I publish my BixPack created videos on my own website?
Yes!
May I sell and/or distribute my BixPack created videos on CD, DVD, Blu-ray and other media?
Yes!
May I sell and/or distribute the BixPack files?
No.
The pictures and videos that you create with the BixPack files are owned by you, but the BixPack files itself including all the textures, 3D models and EPS files are copyrighted by Outerspace Software and may not be resold or distributed. This is a very important distinction.
If you want to sell a BluffTitler template including BixPack files to a client you have to buy a BixPack license for your client as well.
Do I have to give Outerspace Software credit for using the BixPack templates in my work?
No, you don't have to. But it will be greatly appreciated!
May I use the BixPack files for automated/server template rendering?
No
May I post my BixPack based YouTube videos to the BluffTitler community?
Yes. We would love to see what you do with the templates!
May I upload BixPack files to the BluffTitler community?
No. For the same reason that you may not sell and/or distribute the BixPack files.
Do I have to buy a license for every computer?
No. You need a license per user, not per computer.
Does a BixPack license include the use of the fonts?
No. BixPack does not include fonts. It only offers links to fonts. Most of them are free for personal use. Please contact the font designers for the exact terms of use.
