I also tried, but how do you get only the edge with a certain thickness and without anything in the center?
One can not at least not use an outline character. If you want to make a border that is out of the character you can not adjust the thickness of the border.

Hi Franco.. just play around these text drop down.. you will get the answer..
Tubular square/round
The outline is drawn as a tube. Use the Bevel property to adjust the radius of the tube.

The difficulty in all these jobs is to place correctly the rivets on the borders as they are differently placed according to each letter.
