Since I made that particular video, I believe I can help you.

The border is an EPS, the picture is also a eps with the Photo as Texture, within a container.

- Add layer / Add Container layer
- Add layer / Add Eps layer /"Rectangle_4_3_Rounded.eps" (attach yes)
- Select from the Style 3rd dropdown: Tubular Square
- Set text size property to 0.75, 1, 5
- Go to Layer / Clone Active layer
- Set from the Style 3rd dropdown: Flat
- Press F9 and select for effect : AdvancedMaterials\ColourmapReflectionmap.cfx
and select the image you want in the Texture 1 slot and Texture 2 Slot the \Textures\ReflectionMap_Silver.jpg

Play with the Lighting factor and Reflection Factor and Rotation on the photo.
Play with Style: Outline Round Bevel and Straight Bevel and the property Bevel on the EPS.

Now you can move the container, make it bigger or smaller, and rotate both layers at once. And you can clone that Container and change the picture and the next......
