Hay algún efecto que deje poner a una imagen en su parte trasera y en el canto, texturas
Vicente, no tengo ejemplos.
Lo que quiero decir, es, una foto con grueso, que por la parte trasera no se vea y se le pueda poner una textura.

No sé es que buscas pero Media\Effects\V11\V11_DoubleSided.cfx permite colocar texturas anverso-reverso

DoubleSided.cfx is also under Picture effects so no need to use a old one.
What is wrong with a container?
Pictures have a limited border options because they have no depth.
Use 2 pictures layers and a eps frame and I believe you get the result you are looking for.
It is easier than the traced picture layer which would give it depth and use UVmapper to fit a prepared picture with 2 images on it.
Or the six images box trick where you have to prepare 6 Images with the same size next to each other so when selecting style cube each side would have it's own image.

El DoubleSide, ya lo probé, pero al canto no le pone la textura.
Lo que dice Komies tambien lo probé y por eso mando muestra, pero lo que yo quiero, es que lo haga un efecto.
