If I open a .bt file with an animation of only 6 seconds and export the video in 1920x1080 format everything is ok. Then change the export in custom format 815x315, in this case the video is not created and I see the error "Could not start MP4 encoder (errorcode 7)....."
Because?
Also using 03_Ball.bt or other files of the Bx Pack 18 V2 same problem
I have not modified any other parameters, I would like to create videos to be inserted in the header of Facebook, and facebook recommends the format 815x315
I using Win 10 - BT 13.6.0.3 - K-Lite Codec Pack 13.7.5 Mega

The K-Lite Codec Pack is only used to *play* videos.
When exporting as MP4, BluffTitler uses Microsoft's Media Foundation that comes with Windows. You can set the profile in the DRIVERS tab of the SETTINGS > Options... dialog.
All encoders have limitations. Some require the horizontal resolution to be divisible by 8, 16 or even 32. Others only accept standard resolutions. And all have maximum resolutions.
815 is not a standard resolution and not divisible by 8. If this does not work, I advise you to export as uncompressed AVI and use your NLE or other encoding tool to encode to MP4.
