I have downloaded the latest version of BT - 13.4.0.0
The old version is not running but I repeatedly get the attached message.
I have never had an error message when I have installed previous BT versions.
Please advise.

That's strange.
Are you really sure all instances of BluffTitler have been closed? Maybe you have started the app twice or more and not all of them have been closed.
Rebooting your machine and running the installer before running anything else might help.

Thanks Michiel,
I had checked and confirmed that there were no other instances of BT running by using the Task Manager.
I rebooted my PC which did not help. I still got the same error message.
I then completely uninstalled the version of BT already on my PC and ran CC Cleaner. Afterrunning that application, I tried the BT installation again.
All went OK and I have now managed to install it OK
