Hello everyone.
I have a Building as a Backgroundpicture and want to make it look like a crimescene with flashing police lights.
I tried the Point-Light-Layer but it doesn't look very realistic.
If you have an idea how it's done, please tell me.
Can you point us to an online video (YouTube?) that shows the effect you're looking for?

@michiel: I'm sorry I couldn't find one. Do you know the scenes from CSI? They're at a crimescene and you see the lights from a policecar reflecting on a wall but you don't see the policecar itself.
On the linked Page is a more detailed description of what I want. I think it's in better english ;-)

That's it. thx a million.
I used 2 particle layers and coloured the backgroundimage blue when the particles flash.
