May be some of you will dare!!
Watching the news about past elections in USA, I saw a map with some states flashing in different colors and been trying to do this effect in Blufftitler, unsuccesfully.
Even I don't know how to do this with a given text, with part of the characters flashing, but imagine that it would be easy because in this case they can be divided into regular/straight lines.
Any ideas?
Can you point us to a YouTube video showing this effect?
When you paste the URL in the Link field of the comment form, it is embedded on this page.

It is difficult to find a video with this effect but must be someone around.
But is simply to explain: draw or get a map of any country or other object, then divide it in regions/provinces/states/portions make some of these portions etc.. to change the color, and make them flash, that's all.
I think the same effect can be done with the letters in a given text.

No Selina, it's not what I am asking for.
I mean, in the same character o letter change portion/s of it in different color/s and then make it/them flashing,
That could be easy if the division line of portion/s is straight, but it'll be more difficult if the division line is irregular.

RIGHT !
OK. Now how do you make this?, And how can you apply it in a text ?.
I think that the flashing effect would be easily implemented.
Thank you Vincent !!!

The show is simple, but the longest was to position each states at the correct postion to form the country.
If your are intetested by the (free) show please contact me (address in my account of this gallery).

Thank you Selina but it's not what I am looking for.
I want to get a text where each character is divided in segments, regular or irregular and each segment has a different color, and then flashing.
Anyway Selina thank you for the try.

Snafu, by reading your comment above i am not sure that the show which i sent you really corresponds.

Thank you Vincent!
The show you've sent me works, and is very good.
But this works because of the fonts implemented, not in any other case, what I am looking for is to apply this effect in the way I told to Selina previously
