The problem I have is that when a made an clip or use one from the archive in the usual way (computer standard widescreen 640X360 and try to transform it to the PAL standard 720X 576 DVD widescreen and transport the video clip into PPRO 5.5, widescreen setting, the picture is in 4:3 format. In the article of Michiel about this subject he suggest to tell the NLE (PPRO) that the clip is widescreen, as NLE doesnot no it by itself. But in PPRO I cannot find a setting in which I can give such a command to a specific clip. Do I miss something in PPRO that I should use or is there no possibility to inform PPRO if it is a widescreenclip or not?.

What happens when you import a video with a resolution of 1024 x 576?

This is the square pixel version of widescreen some NLEs use.

In BluffTitler, before exporting, choose FILE > SET SHOW RESOLUTION... and select the following preset:

Computer 16:9 - 1024 x 576 Widescreen

I will try this one, results will be given.
Normally PPRO uses the normal 720X576 format also for widescreen, but you never no.
