NextPreviousHomehow do I change speed type with a text layer

I am very new to BT, and so far really like working with the software. I think Michiel has done a great job with it.

Here is my question: how do I change the speed type within the same text layer? For example, I have a 10 second show. From 0-5 seconds I have text zooming in with the "accelerate" speed assigned. Then from 5-10 seconds I want the speed type to change from accelerate to "damper".

Here is the issue I'm having: When I click on the keyframe at the 5 second mark and change it to "damper", then it also changes the keyframe that is at 0 seconds from "accelerate" to "damper". If I click on the keyframe at 0 seconds and change it back to "accelerate" it also seems to change the keyframe at the 5 second mark from "damper" back to "accelerate".

I would like to know if it's possible to have one keyframe use "accelerate" and then half way through the show change at a keyframe to "damper".

This would all be happening within the same layer (layer 4) which is text.

Thanks for any help. Frank.

This is not possible in the current version, thank you for your feature request!

You can create your own speed types (easing or physics effect) by using lots of keyframes.

This is an example:
