While trying to work with a video in format wmv in Blufftitler half of the video shows up while the other half is black, I'd like to know why this is happening and if someone could help me.
martin1975, the problem you said, comes from a Microsoft update for windows 7.
to solve this problem you should uninstall this update.
the update is (KB2803821)
in Computer tables go to: Start / and in the search box write (update) higher up will see the option (see updates installed) you go to that area.
look for the update (KB2803821) Clik right click on it and uninstall.
retest BluffTitler video, no problem now
