Thanks for the info ..... I have purchased most of the packs but I have not seen anything in the pack 9 that i would want other than the heart model.
So have i got to purchase the whole pack to get just the heart model

Well, that's why it's called a "pack".

I just remembered that the 3rd pack also features a 3D heart:

And you can select the HEART shape in the picture layer (1st dropdown below the textbox).

Maybe in combination with the ROUND BEVEL (3rd dropdown) you can create what you want.

I have the hearts that you have emailed me .....
What about that .....NOT many companies would bother to do that and thats why I like BLUFF...... its still a personal touch that makes the difference.
