I'M A NEW BT USER, and FOUND THE ANSWER TO MY OWN QUESTION THAT I WAS ABOUT TO POST. I'M POSTING THE QUESTION AND THE ANSWER, IN CASE IT'S USEFUL TO OTHER NEWBIES...
QUESTION: Is there any way to control which layers in BluffTitler will be displayed on top of other layers? I'm thinking of Photoshop's layer-hierarchy, where I can change the order of layers to control which layer(s) will be "on top" in the displayed composite image.
ANSWER: A certain amount of control over "stacking order" can be achieved by using the middle selection-menu at the very left of the controls-display: the one that offers selections like "3D in 3D Space", "3D in Background", and so forth.
