Even though I've attached a Picture to a Container; then a Plasma layer to the picture, when I rotate the Container, neither the Picture or Plasma layer rotate.
Seems no matter what sliders I adjust, the picture (with plasma attached) does not rotate or move with the Container rotation???
Are you sure the layers are attached to each other? Maybe your plasma layer isn't attached to your picture layer. Or else maybe your picture layer isn't attached to the container layer.
