A few years ago (2009), Michiel created some spotlight effects and they were in the gallery. I've come back looking for them this year and can't seem to find them..... any help?

I removed the old spotlight effect because it was way too difficult to use.
A better spotlight effect is distributed as part of BixPack 1:
