Hi:
I am trying to make my own animations but I have a problem, maybe an amateur question!!
I try to move camera layer around, even tough I check all layers, Bluff doesn't move all of them. Can it be a computer limitation or I am missing something here? (Toshiba Qosmio AV680 with Vista) I have achieved spectacular videos but from Bluff's own templates. I would like to start to create mine. Thank you!!!

You can move the camera by performing the following steps:
1) select the camera layer with the dropdown above the PLAY button
2) select the POSITION property of the camera layer with the dropdown above the 3 sliders
3) adjust the 3 sliders

The 1st slider controls the horizontal position. The 2nd the vertical and the 3th the depth position.

How can I force the camera to follow the sketch path?

SamSaam, 13 years ago

This is not possible in the current version.

Maybe it can be implemented by attaching the camera layer to the sketch layer. Thank you for your suggestion!

I did as Michel told me but I always lose space relationships

What do you mean with "space relationships"?

michiel, 13 years ago

Dear michiel, I have said this before, we must able to add another camera layer for having a top view to control main camera layer very easy without losing space relationships and other problems.

SamSaam captured my idea. I can't explain in technical words since I don't have a formal education on this but that is what happens to me when I design something, I mean, everything moves like on their own perspective. For example, if I try to write a word inside a rectangle when I move both items using the camera the word moves out of the rectangle.

This can happen when the word and the rectangle have different depth positions. Use the 3th slider of the position properties to make them match and you'll be fine!

Thank you. I'll try it later and let you know the results!!!
